All files for output must be accompanied by a proof, either hand-delivered or faxed to 519-974-8882.

Artwork should be converted to CMYK process colour models prior to printing. Although we cannot guarantee exact colour matching with other colour systems (eg. specific Pantone colour) we will come very close.

To produce a rich black colour, we recommend using the following colours C20% M0% Y0% K100%.

We do not recommend setting each of the 4 process colours to 100% as this creates a muddy colour and oversaturates the paper which can lead to difficulties in the finishing process.

Note: Lamination will increase the colour saturation in proportion to the thickness of the laminate.

If precise colour matching is a consideration, colour proofs or swatches must be supplied. Additional charges may be incurred for proofs and file calibration to the equipment.

Because there are a vast number of fonts to choose from, we ask that you include all fonts, both printer and screen, used in any artwork sent for output. To avoid the font issue altogether, send a copy of your file with the fonts converted to outlines should your program allow for that option.
